Abstract

PURPOSE:To make an automatic connection between a master unit and a terminal by forming a calling channel to the master unit via a latching relay by selectively driving two switching circuits driven by two terminals. CONSTITUTION:When calling switch S2 of 1st subordinate unit 3 is closed, switching transistor T4 of channel selector circuit 2 held in an ON state by a base current from power supply E turns OFF. As a result, a current is flowed through latching relay RRY to change contact RS over to the (r2) side. Further, calling circuit SW1 of the master unit in a stand-by state operates to inform the terminal of the call. Then, the master unit answers via its handset to change switch S1 over to the contact-(b) side, and consequently subordinate unit 3 forms a calling loop to the master unit, so that the call will be possible.
