When a reception voice input arrives from a reception input terminal, the F.F13 is reset and while the switch 3A of the voice path is turned off, the 3B is turned on. Therefore, when both the voice inputs are not sent, the switches 3A and 3B are held in the states just before, so one calling subscriber can listen to ambient noise from the opposite side.
