Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the pressure change of a sample gas and obtain stable dilution, by sucking the sample gas with an ejector via a gas pressure buffer. CONSTITUTION:A gas (a) in a smoke duct is sucked with uniform velocity by a uniform suction unit 3 via a velocity reducing container 2 installed on a suction line 1 and conducted to a pressure buffering container 17 through a branch line 4. On the other hand, a filter 19 and a suction pump 20 are arranged on an air suction line 18 and connected to the pressure buffering container 17. An end of a sample gas line 21 of the pressure buffering container 17 is connected to the low pressure portion of an ejector 22 with a small head change. A gas supplying line 24 of a nitrogen gas cylinder 23 and an electrostatic grain diameter analyzer 15 are connected onto the input and output sides of the ejector 22, respectively. By so doing, the pressure change of the sample gas is suppressed, while stable dilution can be obtained.
