PURPOSE:To easily obtain an intermediate for multicolor copying having no deviation in images through one time of exposure by containing a specific hydroxynaphthoic amide compound in one of the diazo type photosensitive layers formed on both surfaces of a (semi)transparent substrate thereby differing the photosensitive wavelength regions of both layers. CONSTITUTION:The compounds expressed by the formulas I, II (R1 is H, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, (n) is 1 or 2, R2 is H, alkylaryl, alkoxyaryl, hydroxyalkyl, hydroxyaryl) have absorption on short wavelength side (380mmu). A photosensitive material 4 consisting of providing diazo type photosensitive layers 1, 2 on both surfaces of a (semi)transparent substrate 3, and containing the couplers expressed by the formulas I, II in one of these layers and the couplers having absorption on long wavelength side (480mmu) in the other is manufactured.
