If the both members 1, 2 are rotatively displaced, one side of the resilient body 10 is moved radially to the outside and applied with two forces of compression and shearing. Then the hard plate 9 is completely adapted to the tilted wall 1a, and then only the force of compression is acted. In this way, a relatively twisted angle of larger degree can be obtained as compared with that only by compression, thus better absorption of torque change can be performed in a low rotary speed range.
