CONSTITUTION:The 1st control circuit CTLA8 forms a zero cross synchronizing signal from the zero cross signal outputted from a callout signal generating device RINGER5 and the synchronizing signal outputted from a synchronizing signal generating circuit SYNCGEN7, and when the designation of callout signal transmission from a stored program control circuit SPC6 to a subscriber is present, the 2nd control circuit CTLB9 selects only one zero cross synchronizing signal corresponding to the callout signal phase transmitted to the subscriber fastest in the point of time. Then, the operation and restoration of an R relay is made and the contact of the relay R connects/disconnects a continuous callout signal to/from the subscriber, allowing to transmit the specified callout signal to the subscriber.
