PURPOSE:To efficiently transmit the information with high priority, by storing several kinds of transmission information having lower priority and transmission information having high priority in one frame alternately to transmit them. CONSTITUTION:The output of an address counter 8 setting the addresses for transmission information B, C, D having low priority and of a specific address setting circuit 16 storing the address of transmission information A having high priority is selected alternately at a selector 15 according to the output of a counter 17. The information is picked up from a register 2 with the selected address for transmission. Thus, A-B-A-C-A-D-A is transmitted as one-frame information, allowing to transmit the informtion A with high transmission priority efficiently. Then, reception is made at a receiver with reverse operation.
