Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily detect the radioactive contamination of each part of the human body, by constituting a gate monitor of a detector by which a scintillation detection surface has been formed on plural surfaces of a rectangular parallelepiped, a surface except the bottom surface of a cylinder and a square pipe, and a spherical surface except one part of a spherical shell.
CONSTITUTION: A scintillation detection surface is formed on a wide part of the outside surface of a rectangular parallelepiped, a cylindrical body, a spherical body, etc. For instance, a reflection surface 4 is formed on the inside surface of a rectangular parallelepiped vessel 11, and it is covered with a light shielding film 13 which has been formed so that a top surface 11a, and both side surfaces 11b, 11c are set to an opening surface 15, and the inside surface is made to a reflection surface.
