PURPOSE:To realize the selection for the degree of both improvement and stability of the distortion regardless of the output impedance of a signal source connected to the input signal, by newly adding a phase inverting amplifier to a negative feedback amplifier consisting of a main amplifier and a secondary amplifier. CONSTITUTION:An input signal IN is applied to a positive phase input terminal 1 of main amplifier 2, and the voltage generated at an output terminal 3 is divided by resistances 5 and 4 to be negatively fed back to an adverse phase input terminal 6. At the same time, the output of the terminal 3 is used as an output signal OUT and also applied to an adverse phase input terminal 13 of a secondary amplifier 9 via a resistance 8. A positive phase terminal 12 is applied to the signal IN and also earthed via a resistance 10, and an output terminal 14 is connected to the terminal 13 via a resistance 15. In such constitution, a phase inverting amplifier 18 is newly added between the amplifiers 1 and 9, and a positive phase input terminal 16 is connected to the terminal 14 via a resistance 21. At the same time, an output terminal 19 is connected to the terminal 6 via a resistance 11 as well as to the terminal 16 via a resistance 20.
