Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the evaporation efficiency and prevent the inhomogeneous evaporation by a method wherein the liquid fuel impregnated in a porous material is heated and evaporated by utilizing the combustion heat of the liquid fuel combustion equipment.
CONSTITUTION: The liquid fuel supplied through a fuel supply pipe 2 to the porous material 1 is sucked up in the porous material 1. The air sent from a blower through an air passage 4 is turned to be the hot air by passing through small holes 5a in the air heating part 5 and entered in an evaporation chamber, to which the porous material 1 is faced. Because the air heating part 5 contacts directly with an outer circumferential heating part 8 by means of the parts of passages 6, the porous material 1 is heated with the heating of the air heating part 5 by energizing an electric heating unit 9. Being detected with a temperature sensor 10, the heating temperature for the porous material 1 is controlled.
