CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the sample cassettes 6 are arranged on a sampler 3. The accuracy controlling material 16 is put in a sample cup 5 at the left end of the sample cassette 6 and the ordinary samples 15 are put in all the other cups 5. Each sample is injected into reaction measuring tubes 10 at sample sucking position, and optically measured in an analyzing part 4. Said measured values are sent to control part 2, and the data is automatically processed by a signal processing means. The measured result of the material 16 is compared with a reference value in the control part 2, and the accuracy at the time of measurement of the analyzing device is automatically detected. Based on said detected value, the measured value of the sample 15 in the next cassette 6 is compensated.
