PURPOSE:To control easily not to exceed the upper limit of preservation temperature for preventing emulsified products from deteriorating by providing a diffusion layer comprising higher alcohol and fat insoluble powder and a pigment layer dissoliving higher alcohol and a fat soluble pigment in a sealed vessel. CONSTITUTION:To control preservation temperature for ones requiring low temperature preservation among medicines, foods and others, ones obtained by dispersing uniformly fat insoluble powder (mannitol, starch, CaCo3 and others) in higher alcohol are injected into the lower part of a body part 1'' of a sealed vessel 1 and solidified on cooling to provide a diffusion layer 3.
