Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve transient response characteristics and output voltage accuracy, by compensating store time for a main semiconductor element. CONSTITUTION:When a reference oscillating signal of an oscillator 1 rises, a pulse- width converter 2 will produce an inclined function signal having inclination to depend upon the input voltage of a dc power supply 7 at the same time. On the other hand, a store time compensator 4 gives a rectangular waveform signal, rising at the elapsed time (t0+Ts') of anticipated store time Ts' which is equivalent to store time Ts of a main transistor Tr beginning at time t0, to an on-trigger pulse circuit 5. This produces on-trigger pulse and triggers a drive latch circuit 6. Therefore, the drive latch circuit 6 produces a drive signal at time (t0+Ts'). At time t1 the said inclined function signal reaches a set level and an off-trigger pulse circuit 3 produces off-trigger pulse. As a result, a drive latch circuit 6 stops drive signal output immediately.
