Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an atomizer free of reliquefaction of atomized chemical liquid without the needs for special mechanism by which chemical liquid is sent under pressure to high levels by providing an air suction pathway joining an air blowing pathway in an air blowing direction and also providing a nozzle through which a chemical liquid is jetted to the said air suction pathway.
CONSTITUTION: An air flow generated from an air blower 3 is jetted through a blast pipe 1 and an air blowing pathway 9 from a nozzle 7 to the open air, during which a negative pressure is produced by the air flow inside the air blowing pathway 9 in the confluence between the air blowing pathway 9 and an air suction pathway 11, and thereby the air flow goes from an air inlet 15 toward the confluence inside the air suction pathway 11. By the flow of the sucked air, chemical liquid in a chemical liquid tank 17 is sucked into the sucked air through the nozzle 19, and the chemical liquid-mixed air is mixed blast air in the confluence, atomized, and then jetted from the spout hole 7 to the open air. Thus, an atomizer having a simplified structure with the usual type air blower and capable of atomizing a liquid at high levels can be obtained.
