Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a damage or breakage of a heat transmitting pipe caused by a buckling by a method wherein a fixing position of each of the heat transmitting pipes in respect to the uppr pipe plate and another fixing position in respect to the lower pipe plate are displaced in their circumferential direction in a specified angle.
CONSTITUTION: Fixing position B of the heat conductive pipe 13 in respect to the upper pipe plate 3 and another fixing position C in respect to the lower pipe plate 4 are displaced in a circumferential direction by a specified angle θ1. Thereby, even if a nonuniformity exists between a rate of variation in a distance between the upper pipe plate 3 and the lower pipe plate 4 due to a thermal expansion and a rate of variation of a length of the heat conductive pipe 13 due to its thermal expansion, a thermal strain is dispersed as a bending and a twisted deformation of each of the parts in the heat conductive pipe 13, so that it is possible to prevent a damage or breakage of the pipe caused by the buckling.
