Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the dissolved gas in a liquid to be repeatedly extracted and permit the extraction of even a dissolved gas of high solubility, by constituting a gas extractor such that the cylinder chamber of a reciprocating piston apparatus is connected to a deaerating vessel and capable of being connected to a vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION:The piston 7b of a reciprocating piston apparatus 7 is operated rightward by means of a differential-pressure piston apparatus 20, and with valves 5 and 8 opened, a three-way valve 9 is actuated to make a cylinder chamber 7a and gas sample tubes 14a, 14b communicate with a vacuum pump 10. When the insides of the cylinder chamber 7a and the like are brought into a given vacuum state, the valve 9 is changed over so that the electrical insulating oil in a sample oil thief 4 flows into a deaerating vessel 1, and a stirrer 2 is actuated. Thereby, the dissolved gas in the electrical insulating oil is separated and released to flow into the cylinder chamber 7a and the like and accumulated. Then, when the valve 5 is closed and the piston 7b is moved leftward, the dissolved gas is forcedly transferred to the gas sample tubes 14a and 14b and filled therein. Said procedure is repeated to transfer the dissolved gas in the electric insulating oil to the gas sample tubes 14a and 14b to charge them therewith successively.
