Abstract
PURPOSE: To realize the sure burning of the whole exhaust gas, prevent the gas from backfiring and facilitate the monitoring of burning condition of the gas by a method wherein the inflammable gas is discharged from the outlets of a tubing into the water in form of bubbles and the bubbles are collected with collectors to be burnt in combustion tubes protruded from the collectors above the water.
CONSTITUTION: The water is all the time poured into the reservoir 1 made of concrete walls 2 or the like by means of a water pump 5 or the like and overflowed from the reservoir 1. The inflammable gas, after being supplied through the tubing 6 below the reservoir 1 and regulated by respective valves 9, is distributed in each of branch tubes 8 and discharged into the water from the outlets 7 extruded into the water from the bottom of the reservoir 1. The gas is once stored within caps 12 to be adjusted its pressure constant and then discharged from the caps 12 in form of bubbles to float. Then, after being collected with the collectors 10, the gas is discharged into the open air from the combustion tubes 11 extruded above the water from the collectors 10 to be burnt at the outlets of the tubes 11. According to the method as described above, the whole inflammable gas can be surely burnt without causing backfiring and the burning condition of the whole gas can easily be confirmed.
