CONSTITUTION:A movable hopper 4 is ascended and descended by an opening and shutting sutter 14 interlocking with an iron core for adsorption 17 which is controlled ascent and descent through an adsorption coil 12. Hereby, unhulled rice supplied to a moisture detection room 6 of the hopper 4 is pressed. On the hand, the shutter 14 is vibrated through a vibration coil 11 and an iron core for vibration 16 and vibration force is given to the unhulled rice in the room 6 and then, the accumulation density of the unhulled rice is uniformalized in a short time. Moisture of this unhulled rice is detected by a detection electrode 7 of the room 6 and the moisture is automatically detected quickly and accurately.
