Abstract

PURPOSE: To produce easily a sheetlike plate with a uniform thickness by disintegrating raw material powder having large adhesive strength to give it fluidity, further, by scattering it into an inside surface of a cylinder for flowing down and allowing it to flow along a plane-shaped path for flowing down, then sending it to forming rolls.
CONSTITUTION: Raw material powder (a) of low fluidity is supplied into a supplying cylinder 1 for the raw material and the powder (a) is crushed by a rotating blade 3 provided on a perforated partition board 2 to eliminate an adhesive strength. Then the crushed powder (a) is made to fall onto a conical rotatable body 4 rotating with high speed provided to a lower part and it is, further, crushed and is scattered.
