CONSTITUTION: The solidified oil on a water surface is scooped up by baskets 8, and is recovered into an oil containing vessel 11. High viscosity oil is stuck on a net-made endless belt 7, and is recovered into the vessel 1 by injecting hot water from the nozzles 8 of a hot water supply pipe 9. Further, the oil ranging from low to high viscosities passes through the meshes of the belt 7, and enters a fluid oil recovering device 2. This oil is recovered into an oil well 1c through an oil capturing plate 1e in accordance with the propression of an oil recovering device 1. Water is discharged through a discharge port 1f.
