Abstract

PURPOSE: To save the energy of dehumidification work in fillers and to perform dehumidification uniformly by disposing a coil in a regeneration area, and connecting a high frequency electric power source to this coil.
CONSTITUTION: A drumlike rotor 1 incorporating therein fillers 1a impregnated with a moisture adsorbent such as lithium chloride is divided to a regenerating area X of a sector shape and a drying area Y with a rotating shaft as a center on the opposite end faces thereof. In the area Y, treating gap P is passed and dried, and in the area X, the water content in the fillers is dehydrated. At this time, a coil 3 is disposed on the side of the fillers 1a along the air passage direction, and a high frequency electric power source 4 is connected to this coil 3. When the rotor 1 rotates in an arrow direction, the process of dehumidifying the gas P in the area Y and again dehumidifying the same in the area X is repeated.
