Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate a peeling process by providing electrodes independently of a conveyer device of work hangers and by contacting directly the electrodes with works in a dipping zone of an electrodepositing vessel for the works.
CONSTITUTION: Present invention relates to a continuous electrodeposition process which is operated as follows; work hangers 1 are circulated by a conveyer device 2 and works 3 are fitted to the hanger 1 following the movement of the hangers, then, after these works are subjected to a preprocessing, these works are immersed in an electrodepositing vessel 14 and are dried by passing through a dryer, then the works 3 are removed from the hangers 1. In this case, electrodes 19 are provided independently of the conveyer device 2 of the work hangers 1, and, are allowed to so contact with the works 3 in an immersing zone in the vessel 14 for the works 3 that the hangers 1 are made nonconductive. Thereby, sticking of coated films to the hangers 1 are prevented, then a peeling process is eliminated.
