Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the heat transfer efficiency by immediately collecting the working liquid liquefied within a radiation cylinder and causing the liquid to flow down to a heat absorbing part in a solar heat collector having a heat pipe function in which solar energy is transmitted to a heat medium.
CONSTITUTION: A liquid pipe 4 is penetrated through the radiation cylinder 1 having an inner peripheral surface having the largest diameter at the center part, and a hollow pipe 6 sealed with a working liquid is connected to the center part of the lower part of the radiation clyinder 1. When the heat absorbing part 6a is heated by solar heat permeating through a vacuum glass vessel 8, the working liquid within the hollow pipe 6 evaporates and moves into the radiation cylinder 1. The evaporated working liquid is cooled and condensed by a heat medium of the liquid pipe 3 within the radiation cylinder 1, and transmits heat to the heat medium and liquefied. Then, the liquefied working liquid gathers at the center part, and flows down within the hollow pipe 6 and reaches the heat absorbing part 6a to perform again the heat transfer.
