Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the quantity of a sample liquid necessary for inspection into a very small amount, by absorbing a sample liquid in a quantity capable of washing a tube introducing reacted sample liquid and a flow cell and in a quantity necessary for filling up non-contaminated sample liquid in the flow cell into the introducing tube. CONSTITUTION:A tip end of a introducing tube 3 is immersed in a reaction tube 2 put in a sample liquid and a motor 23 is driven by sending a starting command by operating an input and output apparatus 39. Then, a block 21 is dropped downward and a piston 4b of a cylinder 4 is moved to absorbing direction. When the block 21 reaches the position of a position detector of absorbing amount 34, rotation of the motor 23 is stopped and the sample liquid corresponding to the distance between the position detectors of absorbing amount 33 and 34, is absorbed in the tube 3. The motor is rotated again by a controlling apparatus 40 and the sample liquid is moved washing the face of inner wall of a flow cell 1 and then, non-contaminated sample liquid is filled up in the cell 1. At this point of time, light measurement is performed. The sample liquid after finishing the light measurement is pushed out into a vessel for exhaust liquid 7 through a direction valve 5 from a syringe 4.
