Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a desired positive pre-purge operation by a method wherein a measurement of pre-purge time is started when a volum of actually fed air shows a maximum value, and the maximum volume or air is kept during a predetermined period of time for pre-purge operation.
CONSTITUTION: Transistor Q3 is conducted just after the thermostat TH is turned on to operate the relay 4K. Thereby, the contact point 4K1 is changed over and the recycle motor 42 in the air feeding control circuit 40 is operated to cause the damper 41 to be set at its open position, the air pressure switch AF is changed over to a normal opened contact point, the low pressure switch 44 is turned off, the high pressure switch 43 is turned on. In this condition, a charging electric current is flowed from the normal-closed contact point of the air pressure switch AF to the capacitor C1 through the high pressure switch 43, the contact point 1K3 which is already turned on, and the resistor R10, and from the operating time, a measurement of pre-purge time under the operation of PUTQ4 is initiated.
