Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the band switching, by providing a tuning circuit with a plurality of coils connected in series, providing a diode switch at the connecting point of the said coils and shortening the coils through the control of the diode. CONSTITUTION:A tuning circuit at the input side of a field effect transistor 1 is constituted with the series connection of coils 11 and 12, and one end of a diode 15 is connected to the connecting point via a capacitor 14. Another end of the diode 15 is grounded. With this state, when a control voltage is applied to turn on the diode 15, the coil 12 is grounded via the diode 15 and the capacitor 14, allowing to form the tuning circuit only with the coil 11. When the diode 15 is turned off, the tuning circuit acts like a series circuit of the coils 11 and 12.
