Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent condensation of a powdery granule in its accumulating part, by placing in a different level of the horizontal plane the lower part of a supply pipe and the upper part of a dischage pipe extending vertically, providing a powdery granule accumulating part between the both pipes and providing electrodes, connected to an AC power source, in said accumulating part.
CONSTITUTION: An air-tight discharge device of powdery granule arranges a supply pipe 11 and discharge pipe 12 in a different level of the horizontal plane and comprises an acumulated part 15 for the powdery granule constituted by providing a control wall 13 and dam 14, vertically with a distance l overlapping to each other, between the both pipes 11, 12. Here in the bottom part of the accumuled part 15 there is arranged a circulating means including a plurality of pipe bodies 18 for jetting gas. Further a plurality of bar-shaped electrodes 22, 23 are provided above the accumulated part 15 and connected to an AC power source 28. Then the alternating electric field is formed between each electrode 22, 23 and a side wall of the pipe 11 by the AC power source 28 to cnacel an electric charge of the powdery granule charged by friction in the accumulated part 15. Further the electric field of unequal intensity is formed in the vicinity of point ends of the electrodes 22, 23 to vibrate the powdery granule and prevent its condensation.
