Abstract

PURPOSE:To deliver air with a desired difference of temperature from driver and assistant driver seat side blow out ports, by providing an auxiliary damper mechanism in a ventilating duct. CONSTITUTION:There are provided in a ventilating duct 1, a blower 3b, blown air heating heater core 4, bypass passage 5, parallelly located to the heater core 4, temperature control damper 6, regulating the proportional amount of hot air from the heater core 4 and cold air passing through the bypass passage 5, and a partition 13 dividing a blowing port into a driver's seat blowing port 7 and assistant driver's seat blown port 8. Further an auxiliary damper 17 is provided in a ventilating passage of one of the blowing port 7 or the blowing port 8, which can adjust the proportion of hot air and cold air flowing into said blowing port independently of the damper 6. In the above constitution, air of temperature controlled by the damper 6 can be blown with a difference of temperature from the both blowing ports 7, 8 by operating the damper 17, thus air can be conditioned at desired temperature for the crew.
