Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent an ocean contamination, by a method wherein a surrounding wall is formed of a contamination preventing film around a floating object, and a work ship, such as burges, whose bottom can open, is dragged into the surrounding wall to throw away earth and sand.
CONSTITUTION: A sea water inlet port 8 and a cover 9, which opens and closes by means of an operating device 6 on a deck, are placed at a lower side of a first floating object 1. A numeral 2 represents a second concave floating object which mates a channel 14 at the open end of the first floating object 1 and whose depth is enough for a work ship 4 to run therein and thereout. A numeral 3 is a contamination preventing film 3 which is installed at the lower end of the first and second floating objects 1 and 2, and a surrounding wall is formed around the floating objects. The contamination preventing film 3 can be moved vertically by means of an elevating device 7 on a deck. This constitution permits the reduction of a contamination of a surrounding sea water due to throwing of earth and sand.
