Abstract
PURPOSE:To make manufacturing procedure less and to make dispersion of magnetic characteristic less by a method wherein a steel strip which is made of a silicon steel plate is cut sequentially, shaped to be an arclike shape and laminated to have a proper overlapped dimension each other and thus each group is built automatically. CONSTITUTION:Pieces of strips 11 which are cut sequentially with a shearing press 17 in a arranged dimension controlled by controlling device 19 are fed into a bending device 21 and bent. They are individually applied around a bobbin to have a overlapped dimension each other by activity of a belt device for forced winding 24 and a group of stopping device 30 and an unit is formed. After these groups are formed they are laminated around the outer surface and wound core ring is formed and an one turn cut core is manufactured through shaping and annealing.
