Abstract
PURPOSE:To clean the optical system in a short time without removing a part of the device, by providing a position regulating member from a normal position to a tentative position variably so that at an original stand can be moved to the tentative position exceeding an original scanning position. CONSTITUTION:The lower end of a plate spring 20 is fixed to a immovable position member in a copier main body and it is supported to a stand 3 vertically to the moving direction. A position regulating member 16 is fixed and supported to the upper end of the plate spring 20. When the member 16 is strongly pushed, the plate spring 20 is bent and the member 16 can elastically be shaken along the reciprocating direction of the stand 3. When the spring 20 is not bent, the member 16 restricts the reciprocating range for the original scanning of the stand 3. The stand 3 can be displaced while being bent for the plate spring from the reciprocating start position or from the reciprocating and position to a tentative position over the original scanning position. Thus, without trouble such as removal of a part of the device, the cleaning of the optical system can be made easily in a short time.
