Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a spark electrode which is easily installed and does not occupy space, by providing two kinds of projection pieces on an electrode, inserting one projection piece into an insertion hole of a printed substrate, drawing the other projection piece, and removing an unnecessary part of an electrode side part. CONSTITUTION:An inserting projection piece 3 is bent, is inserted into an insertion hole 10 which has been provided on a printed substrate 9, also a copper foil 11 which has been printing-baked is provided on positions on the printed substrate, corresponding to the first spark electrode fixing small hole 2 and the second spark electrode fixing small hole 2', and spark electrodes 7, 8 are fixed to the printed substrate 9 by soldering paste 12 which has been applied on this copper foil 11. Subsequently, an unnecessary part is peeled off by drawing a projection piece 4 for peeling off an unnecessary part, and the first spark electrode 7, the second spark electrode and a spark gap 6 are formed.
