Abstract

CONSTITUTION: An evacuating apparatus body 1 of which the outside diametral surface is formed with spiral trough parts and spiral crest parts 1b of sharp pointed tips is placed on a spacer 12, and the bottom end of a pipe 2 is inserted into a trough part 12b, thence rubber 10 is installed between the pipe 2 and a container 9. Next, pressure 16 is applied by way of a punch 11 to contract the inserted part of the body 1. In this way, the pipe 2 is contracted and the crest parts 1b of the body 1 gnaws into the inside wall 2a, thereby forming spiral fine spaces 1c.
