Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a camera smaller in size by providing a clearance between the outside circumference of the motor and the inside circumference of a take-up spool of an electrically driven camera disposed with the motor coaxially in the take-up spool, pinching the leading of a film therein and holding the same. CONSTITUTION:A film 3 loaded in the camera is contained into a patrone chamber 9. A leader part is drawn out from the patrone, is passed through an aperture part 8 on a guide member 4, and is inserted to the inner side from the groove of a spool 2 of a take-up part, thence the leading end of said leader part is inserted into the clearance between the outside circumference of a motor 1 and the inside circumference of the spool 2. At this time, one of the pawls 2a provided to the spool comes near the film perforations. When the spool 2 is rotated in an arrow direction from this state, the film engages with the pawls 2a on the spool adjacent to the groove 2b and is successively taken up along the outside circumferential surface of the spool 2. The leading end is pinched and held in the clearance between the motor and the spool.
