Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid a projection of a normal reproduced picture on a monitor picture receiver for the signal that is reproduced after once recorded by a VTR, by adding a special disturbance signal to a composite video signal which is obtained from a video signal source. CONSTITUTION:The composite video signal supplied from a signal source 1 is given to a mixer 3 as well as to a synchronous separating circuit 4. Thus a vertical pulse P1 is applied to a longitudinal-connected monomulti 5 from the circuit 4, and a gate pulse P2 is applied to an AND circuit 7 from a monomulti 6. The circuit 7 applies a gate pulse P3 corresponding to a vertical synchronous signal given from the circuit 4 to a gate circuit 8. On the other hand, a horizontal synchronous pulse is applied to a locked oscillator 9 from the circuit 4, and the oscillator 9 supplies an oscillated wave having a sufficiently high repetitive frequency to a monomulti 10. Thus the monomulti 10 produces a disturbance signal to supply it to the mixer 3 via the circuit 8. The mixer 3 adds this disturbance signal to the composite video signal and then delivers them. If the VTR which recorded stealthily the output signal of the mixer 3 is reproduced, only a asynchronously drifting picture is obtained.
