Abstract

PURPOSE: To stabilize reproduced images by a tape reverse reciprocation system by continuously generating the signal synchronous to the horizontal synchronizing signal by a phase locked loop even in the blanking period at the reversing of tape running.
CONSTITUTION: When the horizontal synchronizing signal separated from the video signal having gone through a gate 8 which is held open without being applied with a gate signal is applied to a sample holding circuit 9, the circuit 11 of the phase locked loop formed by a delay circuit 12 for feedback, trapezoidal wave generating circuit 13, circuit 9, time constant circuit 10 and synchronous lagic circuit 11 generates the synchronizing signal of the synchronous in-phase to the horizontal synchronizing signal.
