Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to perform an easy operation to fix a weight, by installing a disc part attaching device of a wheel to an upper end of a main shaft. CONSTITUTION:The disc 12 of a wheel 11, in which replacing of a tyre is completed, is placed on and secured to a disc part placing device 10 of a main shaft 4 held perpendicularly through a suppressing mechanism, and a drive friction wheel 8 is driven by a motor 5 to turn the main shaft 4 through a driven friction wheel 7. A most suitable point for fixing of a weight is then determined on a panel displayed by means of a sensor, the main shaft 4 stops turning through actuating of an electromagnetic brake 15 at said position, and weights W1 and W2 are fixed in a most suitable point of a rim 13. Then, with the main shaft tilted by about 45 deg., weights at an under surface side are fixed by the same proceaures.
