PURPOSE:To use a switchboard for general use as that for training, by disconnecting the switchboard of the on-line system with a switching circuit and connecting the switchboard with a training set for exchanging. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of switchboards 12 handling semiautomatic calls are connected to an switchboard controller 30 controlling the switchboards via a switching circuit 12a through the instruction of a central processing unit 40. When the said switchboards 12 are used for switchboards for training, the boards 12 are disconnected from the on-line system and connected to a switchboard training device 50, allowing to use the boards as the training device. The device 50 is incorporated with a microcomputer and can make training in the training pattern according to the capability of the operators.
