Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the working, positioning and assembling by shearing and working two sheets of plate materials stacked on each other, polishing and working to remove the slackened area of the plate materials and then supporting both the punch pin and the punch die in the form of a cantilever for assembling. CONSTITUTION:A male mold 3 lowers by a stroke with which only a thin plate material 2 to be used as a punch die is sheared and pierced through. At the same time, a projection 5 is formed on the lower face of a thick plate material 1 to be used as a punch pin. Then a tip part 6 having a slackened area is polished to delate the slackened area, and the sheared part 7 is set toward the front side. Thus a sharp pumch pin is obtained. In the same way, the highest part 8 having a slackened area is polished to be deleted. Thus a sharp punch die corresponding to the punch pin is obtained. The punch pin and the punch die thus worked into a prescribed form are set opposite to each other holding a spacer between them, and the rear end is fixed by a binding material.
