Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a cam mold for press where a high work precision of a work is held, by dividing a working passive cam into a rearside passive cam part only for contact with a driving cam and a front-side working slide block part only for the work and holding the gap and etc. of a working part constant for a long time. CONSTITUTION:When a driving cam 2 falls in accordance with the falling movement of a ram 1, a slope cam face 3 of the driving cam 2 is brought into contact with a slope cam face 9 of a passive cam part 7 of a working passive cam 6 and presses the passive cam part 7. The cam part 7 is pressed forward, and a working slide block part 11 placed in the front side is pressed and is moved forward against the energizing force of a turn spring 19, and a work W is cut by a front edge blade 13 and a blade part 12 of a lower mold 5. After that, when the cam 2 rises in accordance with the rising movement of the cam 1, the block part 11 moves backward while pressing the cam part 7 as one body by the energizing force of the spring 19 and is returned to the original position, and thus, one cycle of the cutting work is completed, and hereafter, the same operation is repeated.
