Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a compact and handy dehydrator easy to remove solid matter remaining in the inside of a filter cloth and to replace the cloth, by constituting an opening and closing means and a locking means of a dehydrating cylinder and its frame into one body, and suspending them by a frame body.
CONSTITUTION: A necessary number of bodies 2 constituting a dehydrating cylinder is suspended from a frame body 1, muddy water is forced to enter a dehydrating cylinder 31 by air pressure from a pressure tank 3 to be dehydrated and filtered. A dehydrating cylinder 31 consists of dividable outer frames 31a and 31b and punching metals 33 supporting filtering cloths 32, and solid matter remains in the filter cloths 32, and filtrate is discharged through gaps 34. The said outer frames 31a and 31b are locked at the surfaces of a divided-surface member 48b and a divided-surface member 48a by the action of a hydraulic cylinder 44a through a support 41a, a point of action 43a and a point of application 46a. Further the outer frames 31a and 31b are easily opened and closed by the extending and shrinking actions of a hydraulic cylinder 53 through arm members 52a and 52b which are fixed to the outer frames and intersecting each other at a pin 51.
