CONSTITUTION:After a discharge tube Xe1 for bounce illumination emits light, the discharging of the tube Xe1 is stopped upon lapse of the time set with the 1st timer T1 because a switching circuit F goes on and a thyristor SCR1 is cut off. On the other hand, the 3rd timer T3 switches a switching circuit H upon lapse of the time determined by the time constants of R9, C5 and therefore a thyristor SCR3 turns on, and a discharge tube Xe2 for direct illumination starts emitting light. At this same instant, the 2nd timer T2 starts as well, and after the constant time determined by time constants, it turns on a switching circuit J which cuts off the thyristor SCR3, thereby stopping the discharging of the tube Xe2.
