At this time, the salt water 3 on the road 1 is forced by the force of the waves generated by the traveling of the automobile to flow into the receivers 4, 5 by passing through conduits 7, 8, and the excess salt water flowed into the receivers 4, 5 flows into overflow discharge paths 9, 10, so that the height of the water surfaces in the receivers 4, 5 is maintained constant. Thereby, the life of the device is prolonged through smooth avertion of sludging of the salt water, and the rate of spraying of the salt water is set properly.
