Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve intermission of injection in such a way that spring force is increased after opening a fuel valve and a needle valve by utilizing oil pressure in the fuel pump in order to quicken terminating injection as high valve opening pressure.
CONSTITUTION: Pressured oil in the fuel pump 100 is branched by an injection tube 8, and led to a controlling oil path 200, and it is led through a check valve 201 equipped with a small hole 5 to open its port toward the outside, and a throttle hole 209 to the upper part hydraulic chamber 210 of a piston 111 which compresses a fuel valve spring 13. On another hand, a needle valve 11 to receive oil pressure in the oil sump 901 which s branched through a fuel oil path 10 opens the valve just as before due to the delay through the throttle hole 209, and even if pressure in the fuel pump 100 decreases, and the needle valve 11 commences closing, since oil pressure in the hydraulic chamber 201 remains high the effect of the throttle hole 209, a fuel valve spring 13 to press the needle valve 11 can be relatively strongly compressed.
