CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin-lined carpet such as a polethylene resin- lined tufted carpet or the like, a sound insulating sheet such as a bituminous sheet both surfaces of which are formed with thermoplastic layers, for example, of polyethylene and a cushioning material such as a bulky nonwoven fabric that is prepared by bonding a mixture of animal, vegitable and mineral uncontinuous fiber materials with a hardening resin, or a needle felt that is produced by adding needle punches to a mixture similar to the first-mentioned mixture are laminated and placed in a mold to be molded. According to this arrangement, the material has a high sound insulation, and the moldability and shape retention are improved.
