Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an ink absorber which has excellent ink retaining quantity, ink supplying property and rapid diffusion property by laminating many crimped acetate filaments arranged in its longitudinal direction of the fiber in parallel with one plane and partly bonding between the fibers. CONSTITUTION:Crimped acetate filaments having 2-10d of single yarn fineness and 10-50/inch of crimping number are opened, are then arranged and laminated so that the longitudinal direction of the fiber becomes in a plane. A plasticizer having 10-40% of fiber weight is dispersed in the step of laminating the strip tow, and the surface of the laminate is pressurized and held. In this manner, fiber assembly having a self-shape holding property can be obtained. This assembly is cut in the desired size longitudinally and laterially, and is used as a stamp stand or a recording ink absorber.
