Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent cracks of a base plate in a head manufactured by bonding a resistor forming part to a matrix wiring part at the time of bonding by decreasing the thickness of a glazed layer of the part to be bonded of the base plate. CONSTITUTION:A glazed glass having approx. 900 deg.C of a softening point is thinly printed and baked on an alumina base plate 11, thereby forming a glazed layer 18 having a thickness of approx. 5-15mu. Then, the glazed glass having a softening point of 700-900 deg.C is printed and baked on the surface of the base plate 11 at the side of forming a resistor from a broken line 30, thereby forming a glazed layer of 50-80mu. A heating resistor 12, a common electrode 13, a diode array 14, and energizing conductors 21, 22, 23 are formed on the base plate thus formed with such glazed layer, and the conductor 21 is bonded to the conductor 19 on a flexible tape through a slit hole 16 of the tape.
