Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable continuous operation of the titled apparatus over a long period of time without increasing pressure loss even in a high pressure exhaust gas by using a metal particle having high specific gravity as a filter material.
CONSTITUTION: A filter material supplied from a filter material supply port 2 is supplied from a supply port 3 while fallen through filter layers 5, 6 in an inner and an outer sides by own wt. to adhere dust in a dust containing gas passing therethrough and, after discharged by a table feeder 7, treated by a vibration screen to separate dust from the filter material and recirculated to be reused. On the other hand, the dust separated gas is sent out from an exhaust port 4. As the above described filter material, a metal particle with a uniform spherical or columner shape having specific gravity corresponding to the density and the flow speed of the high pressure dust containing gas is employed.
