Abstract

PURPOSE:To lower the cost of a titled device and reduce its size by disposing an imaging lens between an original platen and a photosensitive drum, providing a reflecting mirror on the incident end side of said lens, and making the common use of one imaging lens. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting mirror 31 which can be moved to the incident end side of a ''Selfoc '' lens 15 is provided in addition to an exposure system 4 for copying consisting of a light source 14 for illuminating and the lens 15 disposed right under an original placing table 18 to an electrophotograhic type copying and printer. In this case, the mirror 31 is installed movably in such a way that in the copying mode it is disposed in the position where it does not interfere the incidence of the reflected light image of an original to the lens 15 and that in the printer mode it can be moved to the position where it reflects the light of a scanner 5 and makes it incident to the lens 15. The cost and size of the device are reduced by using one imaging lens.
