Abstract
PURPOSE:To accurately perform a signal detection even if level fluctuation is great, by establishing a discrimination circuit which is not sensitive to an absolute level for noise level with and without input signals. CONSTITUTION:A reception input signal 101 is divided into two with a distributor 11; one signal 202 is delayed by a time ''T'' with a delay circuit 12, becomes a signal 204, is detected at the 1st detector 13 and applied to a holding circuit 15 as a signal 205. The said holding circuit 15 holds a detection signal 205 instantly when a discriminator 209 discriminates the presence of signal for the presence of signal and outputs the detection signal 205 as is as a reference signal 206 during the absence of signal. Thus, while the input signal 101 is absent, since the reference signal 206 is greater than a signal 208 by DELTAV, it is discriminated as the absence of signal. When the input signal 101 is presented, the detection signal 205 is delayed from a detection signal 207 by a time ''T'', then, the level difference between the signal 208 and the reference signal 206 is (S-DELTAV-N) and a discrimination circuit 17 discriminates the presence of signal.
